1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ph443" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to ph443.org and its licensed operating entity.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any registered account holder or visitor accessing the ph443 platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration at ph443.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing ph443's operations.
• "Gaming Services" means all casino games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and related services made available through ph443.
• "Funds" means any monetary value deposited, won, or credited to a Player's ph443 Account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ph443, completing account registration, making a deposit, or using any of the Gaming Services offered on the platform, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph443.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of ph443 and must not register an account. ph443 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 3. Eligibility

Access to ph443 and its Gaming Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Accounts found to have been registered by ineligible individuals will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

4. Account Registration

To access ph443's Gaming Services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) ph443 Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. ph443 may cross-reference this information against national identity records and third-party databases.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph443 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify ph443 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account by contacting support at [email protected].
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your ph443 Account or any Funds held therein to any third party.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph443 are subject to the following conditions:

• ph443 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to applicable limits and availability.
• All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph443 does not accept foreign currency deposits unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. ph443 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to approving withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where account activity triggers AML review protocols.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ph443 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per IP address. ph443 may void bonus credits where it reasonably suspects coordinated multi-account bonus abuse.
• ph443 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already credited to a Player's Account.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned upon request. ph443 may reclaim erroneously credited bonuses directly from a Player's Account balance.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for real money except as expressly permitted by the wagering requirements applicable to that specific bonus.

7. Gaming Rules

By participating in any game on ph443, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All games on ph443 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by ph443 or any third party.
• The rules applicable to each individual game are displayed within that game's interface. In the event of any discrepancy, the game rules displayed in the interface prevail over any general description provided elsewhere on the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, ph443 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed in that round to the Player's Account. ph443's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the wagered amount only.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph443 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to exploit games or the ph443 platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using ph443 to process proceeds of crime.
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or reversals of deposits after those funds have been used for gaming.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes. Any winnings derived from known software errors must be reported to ph443 and are subject to reversal.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph443 staff, support agents, or other players through any channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

ph443 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time through the responsible gaming settings panel.
• Players may request a cooling-off period or temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time.
• Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm may request permanent self-exclusion from ph443. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph443 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, game content, text, and data — is the exclusive property of ph443 or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph443 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ph443 without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph443 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the ph443 platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruptions to service caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of third parties beyond ph443's reasonable control.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided on the ph443 platform for informational purposes only.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ph443's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

ph443 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and ph443's Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph443 may share your data with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, payment processors, and third-party identity verification services as required by law or for the purpose of performing its contractual obligations to you. ph443 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13. Amendments to These Terms

ph443 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the ph443 platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal obligation or PAGCOR directive.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of ph443 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using ph443 and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
